Access is autonomous and convenient thanks to the key-less feature that allows automatic opening of the condominium entrance and apartment door.

The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and full supply of tableware.
Comfortable Mattresses
The two double bed rooms are equipped with 25 cm. mattresses with Memory Foam and toppers.
Bed Linen and Pillows
Beds are provided with matching bedding, comforters, quilts, and pillows of different densities according to taste.
Air Conditioning
The apartment is equipped with new central cooling and heating system, positioned in the double living-dining room and two double bed rooms.
Towels and other supplies
In the bathroom you will find hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, intimate and hand soap, cotton non-slip bath mat. Towels (guest + face + shower) are provided for each guest.
Smart TV
Entertainment is provided by the 50-inch smart TV, including use of the Prime Video pay-TV platform.
Fine items
We have included fine and wanted items: from the design armchairs (Brno) and the crystal table for 6 people, to the Molteni closet in the master bedroom and the Beliani and Maison du Monde double beds.
